It's That Time of Year When the Peeps Begin to Appear

School's out, and that always translates into visits from the peeps. We watched them grow up and leap from the nest, and now they come back to visit once in a while, and that always makes us smile.

Last weekend, my niece Jessica graduated from University High School in Normal, IL. Today we watched as Brian left for basic training. It felt like we were sending off one of our own kids, as Brian has been a part of our extended family since he was in kindergarten with our youngest son Nick.

Racquetball!

My good friend Jonathan and I get together three times a week to play racquetball. About a week ago, Jonathan thought it might be neat to put his camera on a tripod outside the huge window on one side of the court and have it take pictures automatically while we played. This is a sampling of what we ended up with:

Not pretty by any measurable standard, but kind of interesting, assuming that two old guys playing racquetball can be considered interesting.
